Your memberships will be extended to cover the time of the closure.
You can freeze your account by visiting one of our clubs or by sending a Certified letter. We offer 90-day freezes. If you would like to process a membership hold without visiting a club location please mail a notice via certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, which should including your name, key tag number, and e-mail address for confirmation to: Fitin24 – 91 Douglas Avenue #140

If you would like to process a cancellation without visiting a club location please mail a notice via certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, which should including your name, key tag number, and e-mail address for confirmation to: Fitin24 – 91 Douglas Avenue #140 – Holland, MI 49424. Cancellations cannot be done over the phone, through email, over social media or through text.
Since your Personal Training sessions rollover, you do not need to freeze at this time. Your sessions will be available to you when we re-open. The expiration date on accumulated sessions will be extended to cover the time of the closure.
Family Membership includes membership for 2 adults and those living in the household under the age of 21, up to a total of 8 people. For families with more than 8 family members, there is an additional fee of $10 per month per family member under 21 years old. Our family plan also includes our childcare services at no additional cost.
Month to month and 12 month memberships are billed monthly on the credit card or bank account of your choice. Last month’s dues are collected at the time of registration. Any promotions will be honored following your first month of membership. Annual Paid in Full membership dues are collected upfront and any promotions are additional to your year (ex. if you are offered one month free, you would receive 13 months for the price of a 12 month annual paid in full membership).

Fitin24 typically charges a 1-time enrollment fees at sign up, plus a monthly fee based on the plan you choose. For our monthly rates and plans, please check our membership options page, or you can contact the club and speak to a Member Service Representative if you have specific questions.
