Below is a list of plans from our current partners. If your health insurance company is not listed below but does have an incentive plan with participating fitness clubs, please let them know about Fitin24 as we would love to start a conversation with them.
SilverSneakers helps older adults take greater control of their health through a variety of fitness offerings that engages participants in more frequent strength training, aerobic, and flexibility exercise by providing access to a variety of venues and programming designed specifically for older adults.

The UnitedHealthcare Wellness Fitness Reimbursement Program rewards eligible members for achieving fitness goals. Eligible United Healthcare Medicare and AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans may receive a Mountainside Fitness membership at no cost. Renew Active is a fitness program designed for the body and mind. This program is available to Arizona residents who are insured members covered under both United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plans and AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan insured by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

Silver&Fit®
Fitin24 is proud to partner with Silver&Fit® as a designated Fitness Facility. Silver&Fit® is a fitness and healthy aging program designed by American Specialty Health (ASH). The program is designed specifically for older adults. You may obtain access to Silver&Fit® as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans such as BlueCrossBlueShield, HealthNet, and Cigna.
Fitin24 and Silver&Fit® believe that healthy living is a choice for life. The Silver&Fit® program is for Medicare beneficiaries who want to improve their quality of life by being more active and learning how to make better health choices.
The Active&Fit program offers its members fitness center memberships, home fitness programs, activity tracking, and more. Members have easy access to activity improvement and motivation along the way.
Active&Fit is a fully or partially subsidized program which health plans and employer groups provide to their employees or members. If it is fully subsidized, the health plan or company is covering the entire cost of the membership. If it is partially subsidized, then the employee has a fee that ranges between $25 – $200 annually.
